1. 條款及細則（Terms & Conditions）

【預約、進出與場地使用 Booking, Entry & Venue Usage】

1. 預約確認與變更 Booking Confirmation & Rescheduling：

付款後方正式確定預約。預約一經確認，恕不接受更改時間、取消或退款（如遇黑色暴雨警告或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告，僅限安排免費更改時間，不設退款）。

Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment. Once confirmed, no rescheduling, cancellations, or refunds are accepted (except in the case of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, where a free schedule change will be offered; strictly no refunds).

2. 進出場地與超時收費 Entry/Exit & Overtime Charges：

請嚴格按照預約時段進出，不得提前進入或延遲離開。

Please strictly adhere to your booked timeslot. Early entry or delayed departure is not permitted.

請準時交還場地。如超時超過 10 分鐘，將直接以 1 小時租用費用 計算並追討費用。

Please return the venue on time. Overtime exceeding 10 minutes will be charged as 1 full additional hour of rental fees.

租用時間已包括入場準備、設置、清理及復原時間。

The rental period includes preparation, setup, cleaning, and venue restoration time.

3. 場地容量與人數限制 Venue Capacity & Guest Limits：

入場人數不得超過預約時申報的人數，如發現超額人數，場地有權要求補回差額或拒絕超出人數入場。

The number of attendees must not exceed the declared count at the time of booking. If exceeded, A.STUDIO reserves the right to charge the price difference or refuse entry to extra guests.

4. 個人財物 Personal Belongings：

請妥善保管個人財物及貴重物品。如於場內有任何遺失、受竊或損壞，本公司概不承擔任何賠償責任。遺留於場內的物品將保留 3 天，逾期未領取將由本公司自行處置。

Please safeguard your personal belongings and valuables. A.STUDIO bears no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Unclaimed items left on-site will be kept for 3 days, after which they will be disposed of at our discretion.

【閉路電視（CCTV）監控告示 CCTV Surveillance Notice】

為保障顧客財物安全、維護場地設施完整、計算使用時間及核實入場人數，本場地內部設有 24小時閉路電視（CCTV）錄影系統。

For safety, protection of studio property, tracking of rental duration, and verifying guest count, 24/7 CCTV surveillance is active on the premises.

錄影紀錄僅作安全監控、爭議處理及場地管理用途，不會作其他商業用途。

Video footage is strictly used for security monitoring, dispute resolution, and operational management, and will not be used for commercial purposes.

顧客進入及使用本場地，即代表明白並同意接受 CCTV 監控錄影。

By entering and using A.STUDIO, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV video recording.

2. 付款及退款政策（Payment & Refund Policy）

【付款條款 Payment Terms】

所有預約必須全數付款後方為正式確認。

All bookings must be paid in full to be officially confirmed.

【退款與變更政策 Refunds & Rescheduling Policy】

1. 不設退款及更改 No Refunds & Rescheduling：

預約確認後，恕不接受任何個人原因之退款、取消、轉讓或更改預約時間。

Once confirmed, bookings cannot be refunded, canceled, transferred, or rescheduled for any personal reasons.

2. 惡劣天氣安排 Severe Weather Policy：

若預約時段內遇上八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號、黑色暴雨警告訊號，客人可獲安排於 30 天內免費更改時間一次，但不設退款。

If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during your booked timeslot, you may reschedule once for free within 30 days. Strictly no refunds.

3. 免責聲明與違規罰款（Disclaimers & Rules）

【設施損壞與違規罰款標準 Facility Damage & Penalty Standards】

1. 鞋款限制 Footwear Restriction：

場地內嚴禁穿著高跟鞋（Heels / High Heels）、釘鞋或會刮花地面的鞋款。如因違規穿著導致地面刮花或損毀，將收取 HK$200 或以上 之清潔及修復費用。

High heels, spiked shoes, or any footwear that damages the floor are strictly prohibited. Violators causing floor scratches or damages will be charged a repair fee of HK$200 or more.

2. 電源、電器與燈光 Power, Appliances & Lighting：

離場前請務必確保關掉所有電源、冷氣及燈光。如離場時未關閉電源，或因使用不當造成設施/電器損壞，將收取 HK$300 罰款 及按實際損毀情況追討索償。

Please turn off all power, air conditioning, and lights before leaving. Failure to turn off power will incur a HK$300 penalty fee, plus compensation for any damaged equipment at market value.

3. 場地清潔與垃圾處理 Cleanliness & Waste Management：

請保持場地清潔，離場時須將所有自行帶來的垃圾帶走（「自己垃圾自己帶走」）。如留有大量垃圾或造成場地極度髒亂，將收取 HK$200 - $500 之額外清潔費。

Please maintain venue cleanliness and take all your trash with you upon departure. Leaving excessive trash or mess will incur an additional cleaning fee of HK$200 - $500.

請勿在房間內進食重氣味食物（如榴槤、酸辣粉等）或會染色之食物飲料。

Strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, hot & sour noodles) and staining food/drinks are strictly prohibited.

4. 設施復原與損壞賠償 Equipment Restoration & Compensation：

場內所有傢俬、燈光及拍攝器材使用後必須還原原位。如有任何器材、家具、牆面或地板毀損，租用人須按市價全數賠償。

All furniture, lighting, and photography equipment must be restored to their original positions after use. Any damage to equipment, furniture, walls, or flooring must be compensated at full market value.

5. 嚴禁吸煙及違法行為 Smoking & Illegal Activities Prohibited：

場地內全面嚴禁吸煙（包括香煙、電子煙及加熱烟）。一經發現，將即時終止預約並要求離場，不予退款，同時收取 HK$1,000 清潔費 並列入黑名單。

Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their booking terminated immediately without refund, charged a HK$1,000 cleaning fee, and permanently banned.

嚴禁於場內進行任何違法活動、危險行為或使用明火。

Illegal activities, hazardous behavior, and open flames are strictly forbidden.

【安全與意外責任 Personal Safety & Liability】

1. 個人安全責任 Personal Safety Responsibility：

使用者於場內進行任何活動（包括舞蹈、拍攝、運動等）時，須自行評估風險並注意個人安全。如於場內發生任何跌倒、受傷、急性疾病或意外傷亡，本公司概不承擔任何法律責任或醫療賠償。

Users participate in activities (including dancing, filming, workouts, etc.) at their own risk. A.STUDIO accepts no legal responsibility or medical liability for falls, injuries, acute illnesses, or accidental injuries/fatalities within the premises.
